Here is a copy of Indian moccasins that fit Kaya or dolls like American Girl, Our Generation, or My Life As.
I have not sewn this pattern, but I did verify it with the paper pattern. This needs to be sewn in leather or material that does not unravel.
If you've ever seen Kaya's shoes, they have 20" strings that wrap around her ankle a couple of times and then tie.
